2. Goods

Goods include all other materials with some value. It can be clothing, a ballpoint pen, grain crops, or manufacturing machinery. When shipping goods outside the EU or from countries outside the EU to us, customs clearance is always required. Regardless of the value of the goods or customs fees, the customs process must always be followed.

There are also certain types of goods that cannot be commonly transported or require special conditions. If you need to transport goods from the list of prohibited items, please contact us, and we will try to find suitable special transportation solutions, provided it is not illegal material.

Transporting dangerous goods requires compliance with special conditions depending on the specific type and quantity. We are able to transport dangerous goods and we are ready to help and advise you on how to properly pack and label a shipment with dangerous goods to ensure smooth delivery. Dangerous goods may include, for example:
